These terms and conditions govern your relationship with ATD CCTV. Please read them carefully before you buy any goods and or services from us.


The “Buyer” “Customer” “You” means the person who places the order and offers to buy or agrees to buy goods from the supplier.

The “Supplier” “Seller” “Company” “We” “Us” means ATD CCTV

The “System” means the security equipment, DVR, CCTV, and Cameras being goods the buyer agrees to buy.

The “Specification” means the document setting out details of the security system which the buyer has ordered or agrees to buy.

The “Conditions” means the conditions of sale set out in this document and any special conditions agreed in writing by the supplier.


These “Terms and Conditions” do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Placing an order

The contents of the web site provide some but not all the information about our goods and services. These did not constitute an offer by us to sell the goods and services on the web site to you.

When you place an order for any of the goods and services displayed on the web site, you are making an offer to buy the selected goods and or services.

Your order is subject to acceptance by us and we may or may not accept your order. We will not accept orders from any persons under 18 years old. All orders placed for delivery to non UK address will not be accepted.

If we do accept your order, we will book an agreed appointment time with you for the installation and a contract will be created at the time the appointment is confirmed . If we do not accept your order, we are not obliged to inform you of the reasons for not accepting your order.

Prices and Payment Terms

The prices for the goods and services shall be the current prices that are agreed by us at the time of placing the order.

The prices displayed for goods and services on this web site are subject to availability and acceptance by us when you place an order.

The prices displayed on the web site may be changed at our discretion and as such all prices for goods and services are not binding on us until your order has been accepted in writing by us.

The prices include the installation of the selected order at a UK address. The total price payable, will be confirmed to the buyer at the time of ordering.

Payment of deposit does not constitute payment of invoice and all deposits are non-refundable.  Only at the point of final settlement of invoice will the deposit be deducted from the total payment due..

In all cases, payment is due in full on completion of the installation.  We do not accept cheques

We expect you to pay promptly. If payment to us is overdue, we will charge you interest at 8.5% over base rate of Barclays Bank , from the date of our invoice until the date you pay – plus a late payment fee of £99. If you refused to pay the money plus any interest due to us, we will transfer the payment collection to a debt recovery agency or solicitors. We will charge you the additional cost of the debt collection service and any legal and court fees as may apply

Unless we agree in writing to do so, the prices do not include any work involving carpet laying, concealing cables, redecorating, plastering, building or carpentry work.

Payment is by Cash, Bank Transfer or Debit/Credit card.  The following payment cards are accepted: Visa, Master Card, Maestro, Delta, Electron, Solo, American Express through  pay pal.  A paypal request will be generated and is payable upon completion of works.  This is to be completed before the engineer leaves the property.

All equipment remains the property of ATD CCTV until fully paid for.

Delivery and Installation

In the case of order of security systems by a consumer, we will endeavour to deliver and install the goods within 15 days from acceptance of the order and receiving part or full payment for the order. In the case of order of security systems for business premises, we will endeavour to deliver and carry out necessary installation of the goods within 30 days from acceptance of the order and agreeing payment terms with the buyer. We can only install the goods at the delivery address given by you at the time of placing the order and accepted by us in writing.

Whilst we would take every reasonable steps to meet the delivery and installation date, the date or the time of our engineer’s arrival cannot be guaranteed and we shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages or expenses incurred by you or any other person or company arising directly or indirectly out of any failure to meet any estimated delivery and installation date. You will be required to sign a satisfactory completion document after the delivery and installation of the goods ordered.

If you have to change a confirmed booking please ensure you give at least 48 Hours notice in advance.  Otherwise, a site visit fee will be payable.

Camera positions, cabling routes and location and set up of Hard Drive recorder unit will be discussed with you and agreed before proceeding with the installation.  If any hinderances or obstacles are met that require any changes to the prior set agreement this will be discussed and agreed with you again before proceeding.  Our aim is to keep you informed of every step of the process so you are fully aware of everything that is happening.  Our engineers are very experienced and with offer their best advise regarding all parts of the installation process.  Advised is offered only as advise and is not a guarantee.  Our indemnity is limited to the validity of the products provided, ensuring they are as presented in the offer and they are new and warrantied against any faults.


All equipment is covered by our warranty.  The length of the warranty is dependant on the package you have obtained.  The standard warranty covers failure of the DVR, Cameras or any other equipment purchased from us.  It does not cover accidental or malicious damages.

In the majority of cases the problem can be assertained and resolved over the phone.

If necessary, faulty equipment can be returned to us and repaired/replaced through the post.  If during the warranty period, an engineer call out is requested then a nominal call out fee is charged.

Non-payment of invoices and bills will nullify the warranty and until such are settled, the warranty becomes null and void.

ATD Reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time without notice.

Maintenance and Servicing

It is advisable to have your CCTV equipment serviced annually, this ensures you continue to get the best from your system and helps to lengthen the live of your product.
